Order and Shipping Information
A photograph is used as the portrait reference. You are welcome to send more than one image for subject referencing.
Providing more than one photo allows us to study the subject from different perspectives.
Portraits are printed on acid free, velvet fine art paper. The colors are guaranteed to last 100 years under normal lighting conditions. It is recommended that you use uv museum glass or uv Plexiglas to maintain the beauty of your painting for generations to come.
General Information
- Picture files burned onto a CD or uploaded to the website must be uncompressed, have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi with a 'jpg' or 'jpeg' file extension only
- To order, please fill out our on-line order form
- When the on-line form has been completed you will receive a confirmation email of your order
- Please include this confirmation in your mailer
Option #1
You may scan your photo or take it to a professional scanning service. It can be placed on a CD and mailed to us along with your confirmation form. Please ensure it is packaged in a protected mailer.
Option #2
If you have scanned or digital photo(s), you can upload them on our on-line order form in an uncompressed file format.
Option #3
Place your original photo(s) and confirmation form(s) in a photo mailer and mail to:

- If you do not have a photo mailer, place the photograph between two thick pieces of cardboard in an envelope
- Write "Photographs - Do Not Bend" in large letters on the front and back of the mailer or envelope
