Order and Shipping Information
General Information
- Picture files burned onto a CD or uploaded to the website must be uncompressed, have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi with a 'jpg', or 'jpeg' file extension only
- To order or to receive a quotation, please fill out our on-line order form
- When the on-line form has been completed you will receive a confirmation email of your order
- Please include this confirmation in your mailer
- All your original and retouched photo(s) will be returned to you by file download, mailed on CD with prints if requested, or we will mail the originals and requested number of prints to you
- We use Photoshop colour profiles and high quality photo paper to print your photos. For the best results, please request that we print your photos
Option #1
You may scan your photo or take it to a professional scanning service. It can be placed on a CD and mailed to us along with your confirmation form. Please ensure it is packaged in a protected mailer.
Option #2
If you have scanned or digital photo(s), you can upload them on our on-line order form in an uncompressed file format.
Option #3
Place your original photo(s) and confirmation form(s) in a photo mailer and mail to:

- If you do not have a photo mailer, place the photograph between two thick pieces of cardboard in an envelope
- A $20 scanning and handling fee will apply if you choose to send the photo
- Write "Photographs - Do Not Bend" in large letters on the front and back of the mailer or envelope
